First: Replacement and retrieval

  • Return and replacement shall include all products in the event of a manufacturing defect, damage upon delivery or fault of delivery, with the cost of transport being borne by the enterprise
  • In case the customer wishes to replace the product with another product, the customer will bear the transportation fees      Authorized to do so.
  • The product may be returned or replaced only if the product is the same as its original condition at the time of purchase and is covered with the original cover with the accessory.
  • ا(7) working days and replacement within ten (10) working days from the date of receipt of the product
  • The promotional product associated with the returned product may be returned if it is in its original state or the promotional value will be deducted
  • If the purchase is made and the product is not available, a product will not be replaced with another product unless the original product is not available in stock. Customer approval will be requested before replacing the product


Second: the method of returning the product

  • In the case of payment through SADAD, the return process will be carried out by the Al Ajlan Foundation for the client's account via bank transfer      Authorized to do so.
  • The amount due to the customer shall be paid within seven (7) days from the date of receiving the items
  • Al Ajlan will replace the defective or unwanted product within three (3) working days according to the following conditions
